Our Story

Sattva Yoga was founded with a simple belief: that yoga should be accessible, progressive, and deeply personal. Our name comes from the Sanskrit concept of sattva — the quality of harmony, balance, and goodness.

What began as small classes in a community center has grown into a multi-location practice serving hundreds of students across Toronto. But our philosophy remains the same: meet each student where they are and guide them forward with care.
