Our tier system guides your yoga journey through four progressive levels. Tier 1 (Foundation) is open to everyone — no experience needed. After attending a Tier 1 session, you unlock Tier 2 (Building), which offers intermediate practices. Each tier you complete unlocks the next. This ensures you build proper technique and understanding before advancing to more challenging sessions.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some locations have mats available), a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and meet your instructor. No prior experience is needed for Tier 1 sessions.

Not at all. Our Tier 1 Foundation sessions are specifically designed for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through every pose and modification. Everyone starts somewhere, and our community is welcoming to practitioners of all levels.

Click "Log In" in the navigation bar, then select "Create Account." You will need your name, email address, phone number, and a password. Once registered, you can immediately browse and register for Tier 1 sessions.

Browse our sessions page, find a session that interests you, and click "Register." You will need to be logged in to your account. If the session requires a higher tier than you have completed, you will be prompted to attend a qualifying session first.

Payment is made via e-transfer before the session. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment amount and our e-transfer email address. Some introductory sessions are free, so no payment is needed for those.

Yes, you can cancel your registration up to 24 hours before the session start time. Go to your My Account dashboard, find the session under "Upcoming Sessions," and click "Cancel." Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are generally not refundable. Contact us directly if you have special circumstances.

If a session is at capacity, you will see it marked as "Full." Keep checking back as spots may open up due to cancellations. You can also browse alternative sessions at the same tier or location.

We hold sessions at multiple locations across Toronto, including studios in Riverside, Hillcrest, Lakeshore, and Midtown. Each session listing shows its location, and you can filter sessions by location on our sessions page. Visit our Locations page for full details on each venue.

Parking availability varies by location. Most of our venues have nearby street parking or parking lots. Check the specific location page for detailed parking and transit information. We encourage public transit when possible.

Amenities vary by location but commonly include changing rooms, water fountains, and storage for personal belongings. Some locations offer mat rentals and prop equipment. Check each location page for a full list of available amenities.

Yes, some of our introductory Tier 1 sessions are offered for free. These are a great way to experience our teaching style and community before committing. Check the sessions page and filter by price to find free offerings.

Group session prices range from free to $50, depending on the tier level and session type. Private (1-on-1) sessions typically range from $85 to $100. Each session listing clearly shows its price. We strive to keep yoga accessible while maintaining the quality of instruction.
