Anand Kriya
The Practice of Bliss — a 5-session initiatory journey into the ancient science of inner transformation.
About This Program
Anand Kriya is an ancient yogic technology — a precise sequence of pranayama, mantra, visualization, and energy techniques that accelerate the process of inner purification and spiritual awakening. The word "Kriya" means action or movement; the word "Anand" means bliss. Together, they point to the movement toward bliss — the natural state of the awakened soul.
This program is taught in five carefully structured sessions. In each session, one component of the practice is introduced and integrated. By the final session, you will hold the complete practice. Upon completing all five sessions, you will unlock a private guided video of the full Anand Kriya practice to support your ongoing home sadhana.
Program Benefits
Deep Inner Stillness
Regular practice cultivates a profound, stable inner silence that remains accessible even amid the activity of daily life.
Energetic Purification
The pranayama and visualization techniques systematically clear blockages in the pranic body, restoring natural vitality.
Expanded Awareness
Practitioners often report heightened sensitivity, clarity of perception, and a growing sense of expanded consciousness.
Emotional Release
Held tensions, suppressed emotions, and old patterns are gently released through the movement of prana in the system.
Spiritual Connection
A deepening sense of connection to something larger — the Self, existence, the sacred — becomes a natural fruit of the practice.
Complete Practice
You leave with a full, independent practice — a tool for life that can be deepened and refined indefinitely.
