Hatha Yoga
A 7-session classical Hatha Yoga program — systematic, authentic, and transformative. Unlock guided videos with each completed session.
About This Program
Hatha Yoga — often translated as the "yoga of sun and moon" or the "forceful path" — is the foundational limb of the entire yoga tradition from which all modern yoga styles derive. This program teaches Hatha in its classical context: not merely as exercise, but as a complete system for purifying and strengthening the physical and energetic body in preparation for deeper meditative states.
The program spans 7 sessions, each introducing the practices of that stage and unlocking a personal guided video so you can continue practicing at home. Upon registration, a preparatory practice video is immediately unlocked to help you begin preparing the body before the first session.
Program Benefits
Physical Strength & Flexibility
Systematic progression through asanas develops balanced strength, suppleness, and structural alignment throughout the body.
Pranic Vitality
Pranayama practices expand the breath capacity and activate the pranic body, flooding the system with vital energy.
Mental Clarity
The concentration required in asana and pranayama practice trains the mind to become focused, steady, and clear.
Energetic Purification
Shatkarmas (purification practices) and asana systematically cleanse the nadis (energy channels), removing blockages.
