About This Session
The breath is the most direct lever we have on the nervous system, the energy body, and consciousness itself. In a guided breathwork session we work skilfully with the breath — sometimes slow and structured, sometimes circular and active — to open access to expanded states and release stored material.
Sessions are well-paced, well-held, and adapted to what each person needs that day. First-time participants are welcome — we begin gently and build.
What to Expect
Opening
A short orientation: what the breath does, what may arise, how to signal if you need support.
The practice
Around 30–40 minutes of guided breath work, often with live music or curated sound. Hands-on support available.
Rest & integration
Time for the system to settle. Optional sharing space afterward.
